Le Gua Bao
Also called “Taiwanese hamburger”, gua bao is a steamed bun, soft, hot, slightly sweet and ultra soft. Its airy and slightly sweet texture contrasts wonderfully with the tasty and fragrant toppings that we add.
Folded by hand, the bread becomes a soft and warm envelope which accommodates crispy meats as well as crunchy vegetables or melting tofu.
It is the star of our entertainment, and it comes in several gourmet recipes to please all your guests, carnivores and vegetarians alike.
Poulet Karaage
Japanese marinated chicken, fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, melting on the inside, topped with a creamy homemade peanut sauce.
Grilled tofu
A vegetarian option with character, grilled and seasoned with care, accompanied by crunchy vegetables.
Caramelized duck
